Kettering Riding for the Disabled provides riding sessions for children from five Special Schools in Northamptonshire.
The sessions are on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from approximately 9.30 to 12.30 at Lowick, near Thrapston. We are able to use an outdoor school for the lessons and we also hack out on various bridleways in Lowick.
As a Group we own three ponies and are fortunate to be able to borrow other ones from the livery yard.
There is always a qualified Riding for the Disabled Instructor in attendance at the sessions plus a number of volunteers
